"This groomer may well be good at grooming. I don't know because I did not end up using his services. The reason I didn't use his services is because he WOULD NOT allow me to stay with my beloved pet while he was being clipped and groomed and was unreasonable in pushing the point. I didn't feel comfortable leaving my pet alone and so this man declined to groom my pet. The generous 2 stars is because the communication I had with him to this point was pleasant and he arrived on time. As a side note, his quoted fee was more than I've ever been quoted or paid before. Please only use this service if you are completely comfortable to hand your pet over and walk away immediately, as is the requirement of this groomer."
