"Our first steak house restaurant was delicious to the core. Myself and my sons had Scotch fillet steak (medium BBQd to perfection) with egg and added sides of creamy mushrooms, fried onions and fries. Desert was nice. Service was top notch."
"To be honest, customer service was what really brought the review rating down. I felt extremely unwelcome as well as my other family members and the service was absolutely disappointing. I saw one of the waitress’ simply chuck the salad on another persons table. You would expect people serving you to at least be kind or smile and feel welcomed but I felt the exact opposite. It felt uncomfortable and as if I was being ignored and looked down on from their words and attitude. The beef was alright, not the best. We asked for medium well but got medium rare with blood oozing out which wasn’t very pleasant. Will probably not come back here again."
"If you are looking for a big steak, this is the place to go. Our experience was ok but it wasn't memorable. The steak was well cooked and the servers did as good as they could. I recommend you not to be seated by the rear window where drunk people wait for their burgers from The White Lady, it may be entertaining, but not ideal for a romantic dinner out."
