"“We will get it there” a review of MoveStuff Ltd Philip and his crew absolutely took this mammoth task of moving a whole house from Wellington to Waikato region The job was quite challenging due to the property's peaked access, but Philip managed it with ease and smart management. He even hired an additional worker to ensure efficient box transportation to the truck, which was absolutely brilliant, and there were no extra charges on the final quote. Moreover, Philip accommodated our request to leave the following morning at 0300 without any hassle and even allowed us to load a mattress to sleep on that night, which was truly amazing. Throughout the journey, despite snow and ice road closures, Philip maintained constant communication as we followed behind, unfamiliar with the roads. Everything arrived safely and well-protected, and I genuinely thank Philip and his crew for their hard work. They truly deserve all the success and business possible for running a self-made business. I appreciate everything they did for us. some negatives we did inform Philip 2 weeks before the move that the property had stairs Philip failed to read this and make us aware of a (Peaked Access Fee) which was around ($200) he only notified us a day before the move this is probably because his busy doing non stop trips but I feel for future customers Philip should waive that fee if too close to move as we were unaware of this fee and did inform of the stairs in the quote. but that is the only negative experience from this move everything arrived safe in amazing time it was packed in about 3hrs and Philip had it up here in about 6hrs+ Philips main trucks are a Hino but he has a whole fleet of vehicles the Hino they hold about 19-22 Cubic Metres we used all 22 cubic Meters for our move. Internal estimate dimensions 4.45-4.55m long, 2.05-2.10m wide, 2.15-2.35m high He does all over the country from 1 island to another and very fair pricing for time and value his truck is fully insured for your items except for DG’s like GAS or aerosols of sorts make sure you sort your stuff keep them in your car like a BBQ Bottle. if your not sure just Ask Philip he will know his had years of experience in this industry and MoveStuffLtd isn’t just the best movers in New Zealand but I would say in the world the reviews on Google don’t do him and his business justice that’s why I’ve taken the time to do a full review his service properly I read a lot of non detailed reviews and I feel it started to feel fake but I can say his service was exactly what other people have described absolutely 5 stars. I will be using MoveStuffLtd again and again our experience was outstanding. *this review wasn’t endorsed or paid I wanted to review the good and the bad parts about our service with Philip."
