"Our dog Cricket is a rescue who is very nervous in any new situation. She was a bit overwhelmed being dropped off there and frightened for the first day or two. The staff worked gently with her to gain her trust and she was fine after that. She even slept in her kennel while she was there (something she has never done in the 18months we've had her) We will definitely be bringing her back each time we go on holiday."
