At our clinic, we have a team of ten experienced veterinarians and a growing team of nurses and support staff. Our staff members are passionate about animals and strive to make you and your pet feel comfortable and at ease during your visit. We understand the importance of being integrated into our local community and have been serving our community for many years. Our clients know they can rely on us for expert advice and treatment options, and trust that their pets are in the best hands.

We believe that vaccinations are crucial in controlling the spread of diseases among pets. During your pet's annual vaccination, we conduct a thorough health check to ensure your pet is happy and healthy. Additionally, we highly recommend microchipping your pet, as it increases the chances of reuniting you with your furry friend if they ever get lost. Microchipping is also compulsory for breeders prior to the sale of animals.

Our veterinarians possess a high level of expertise, and our clinic is equipped with a state-of-the-art surgical suite. This allows us to provide a wide range of routine and emergency surgeries for your pets. Emergencies can happen unexpectedly, and we are here for you and your pets after hours. Our clinic offers emergency consultations from the close of business until midnight, Monday through Saturday, and from 8am to midnight on Sundays. Outside of these hours, we collaborate with neighboring emergency hospitals for emergency care.

In addition to our veterinary services, we often have kittens and cats in need of loving homes through our adoption program. All of our feline adoptions are desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, and wormed, and are eagerly awaiting a forever home. If you are interested in adopting, please submit an application form to be placed on our waiting list.

We also emphasize the importance of early socialization and training for puppy development. Our Puppy Pre-school is held every Tuesday and is essential for fostering a strong bond between a dog and their family. Booking your puppy in advance is necessary.

Our clinic's opening hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00AM to 8:00PM, and on Saturdays from 9:00AM to 4:00PM. Please note that we are closed on Sundays, but we do offer an emergency on-call service from 8am to midnight. For emergencies outside of these hours, we recommend contacting our neighboring emergency hospitals: Advanced Vet Care in Kensington, Geelong Animal Emergency in Geelong, and Animal Referral Hospital in Essendon Fields.

To make an appointment at our clinic, please be aware that bookings are essential and can be made via phone or in person. We are unable to make appointments through social media or email. Please note that our clinic hours in Ballan are subject to change based on staff availability. Appointments are strictly by appointment only.

Finally, please be aware that as of April 2019, we no longer offer large animal or equine services. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
