"I paid $100 for them to deliver 1 mattress. They told me the mattress would be delivered at 11:45am - 1:45pm, I was moving in so made arrangements to be there at time. They delivered the bed at 7:15am in the morning!!!!!!! When I wasn’t there. If you want your items delivered DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!"
"Terrible delivery service. Was told to book online because we weren't able to confirm in the shop. Booked online and got a confirmation for Saturday delivery in writing. Followed up with shop person and was told its not coming per the written confirmation because we didn't tell the person in the shop that we had booked online. Ridiculous and unreasonable. Terrible service."
"I had a great experience recently at Big Save - Marion Street. The customer service from Jonette was fantastic - she was very helpful and accomodating, especially as my order needed to be kept at the warehouse longer than anticipated. Jonette was super friendly and helped me pick the right couches and bed. Kam was also great as he ensured that all three of my purchases were delivered together. I'm very impressed with the customer service I received and will definitely be back to shop again. Thank you so much Jonette and Kam!"
"Paid for a bed at the start of March. Still haven't received it. They said it was ready for delivery, cleared schedule, then they said they 'lost the mattress' and had to reorder it. Staff constantly say they'll phone us back and don't. Still haven't got a date when it'll arrive. Will be contacting the Commerce Commission. Update: after constant hounding, got the bed 8 weeks after I paid for it."
