"I called ahead and told the pharmacy I was on my way because I knew it was close to closing. I arrive 5 minutes before closing and the pharmacy is closed. I understand that it’s a Friday night and you want to go home but if you’re payed to be there till a certain time it is expected that you are there so people do not miss out on their medication. Really awful health practice."

"I just gave the store 10/10 this morning online but now I'm going to have to change pharmacies again after calling to check if they had my prescription. I couldn't understand a word they said as they don't have clear enough English to communicate. I was very calm & patient & tried to explain repeatedly what I needed but got nowhere. Not even one sentence was understood. Is there a translator in the store who can help answer my simple query???"
"Awful honestly. They give out prescriptions in a strange way, offering 3 months worth of one medication at once and only 1 month of another without explaining. I thought they had given me a different dose. They also answer the phone about 10% of the time. Spoke with my doctor and they said they have other patients who had similar issues here. Switched pharmacy almost immediately."
