"I only went to this pharmacy as few people said they are lovely people and the gentleman there is very sympathetic and helpful. But I received anything but sympathy and help. My first visit- He prioritized having a chat with someone about his holiday then helping a customer- he was right there so i could hear the conversation. The lady behind the counter (in glasses)tried her best to help But she mentioned that she needed the pharmacist for advice. There was another female pharmacist somewhere at the back but I literally heard her saying "i am busy". Wow just wow. So no help was given. I apologized to the lady behind the counter and left. But thought i will give this local pharmacy the benefit of doubt and go again. But this time the gentleman was or seemed very grumpy. As usual the same lady greeted me with a smile. Offered her help and she actually did amazing herself as i needed few items for my mum. Even after her asking the pharmacist to help, the response was to wait. So i handed my script in. 4 items on it. There was no one else waiting. I waited 17 minutes for it! No apologies from the female pharmacist at all. The only thing she was worried about was to sell me something I didn't need. Anyway the lady behind the counter did apologize for the long wait. And I left- never to return again."
