"Rose is extremely professional and works very efficiently. Had an issue with airnz cancelling their flights out of shanghai for 2 days in a row and Rose found me an alternate airline and alternate route home so I could land on the same day as what had been originally planned. It is when something goes array that a travel agent is worth their weight in gold. I was able to contact Rose on the weekend and she responded quickly with a solution within an hour. I would highly recommend Rose and will be using her services for all my international travel in the future. 5 star +++ rating!"
"Rose has assisted my family and me with complicated travel arrangements both pre-and post-pandemic. While booking directly with an airline might work for a simple domestic flight, nothing beats the personal service of an excellent travel agent for arranging more complex travel involving multiple stops and airlines. Attention to detail, excellent advice, a willingness to look at all options, and timely communications before and during the trip are all part of Rose's service. Post-pandemic travel has its complications and Rose stepped in at short notice, out of regular business hours, to make necessary changes to my itinerary when I was part way through my trip. "I've used Rose on several different occassions for travel both internally and overseas. However, this was the first time I've travelled to the USA post- pandemic and as everyone has been saying, it's a whole new world when it comes to travel. Rose's attention to detail and support through the whole process was fantastic, her quick responses, sharing of suggestions was super helpful. My travel was made that much less stressful as I knew I had someone in my corner if it didn't quite go as planned, you've heard all the stories about cancelled flights, etc. Having a travel specialist is now a requirement not a nice to have. "My wife and I have used the services of Rose Ennis at Travel Designers for over seven years and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. We have been very satisfied with the service we have received which has gone beyond the call of duty. When we leave New Zealand and travel to the Northern Hemisphere we tend to go for six weeks and visit several countries and stay at various different establishments. Rose at Travel designers sorts out the best rout to take and proceeds to create a schedule for us which has always been very efficient and cost effective. Rose has been very proactive in advising us and warning us of any possible hitch in our travel plans even to the extend of contacting us while we were overseas to inform us of an unavoidable change in our plans. Last year we booked a South American tour with Rose and we were delighted with the whole experience. This year we had planned to visit Europe again and to benefit from cheaper fares we booked early. This was before Covid -19 hit us with all the travel restrictions. Rose has worked tirelessly and obtained the bulk of our refunds and is working on the rest. "I would like to share the exceptional service delivered by Rose and the team at Travel Designers. With Auckland going into Alert level 3 on Wednesday and myself needing to get back to Christchurch, I let my fingers do the walking and called Rose directly @ 1100 pm Tuesday night. Within 30 minutes myself and a work colleague had our original flights cancelled and new flights booked for the following morning. This is why we use Travel Designers for all our travel requirements because nothing is ever a problem and when we encounter a problem it is resolved in a very professional manner and with haste, this lending more time to focus on organisational objectives and outcomes plus stress-less nights sleep!
