Please take note of our cancellation policy. We understand that life can sometimes get in the way, but we kindly request a 24-hour notice for any cancellations to avoid a cancellation fee. If you arrive late to your appointment by 10 minutes or more, a 100% cancellation fee will be applied. For cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance or if you fail to show up for your appointment, the cancellation fee will also be 100%. However, if you provide us with 12-24 hours notice, the cancellation fee will be reduced to 50% of the service you were booked in for.

We also want to remind you that sometimes our automatic reminders may not go through due to technology issues or spam filters. Therefore, please do not solely rely on these reminders and make sure to mark your appointment in your calendar.
