"Generally a pretty good selection of things at decent prices, although always do your research before buying, as some of the items are being sold for close to RRP for a well worn in product. Overall though that only happens occasionally and is likely a problem a lot of pawn shops have anyways. The staff are always kind and willing to help and I've even sold some stuff to them at about what I expected to get from a pawn shop"

"Bought an electrical item that I had been wanting to buy for quite some time. Received very helpful, knowledgeable service from Clint, one of the sales team members. Unfortunately over the next few weeks the item had a few issues and wouldn’t work properly. I took it back and spoke to Clint, who was working that day. I explained the issue, and Clint, after checking that there was nothing similar in stock in the store, refunded my purchase for me. I was very impressed with Clint’s courtesy, and professionalism during the dealings I had with him. He took the time to explain and answer all the questions I had. I wish more retail staff took the time to be as professional. Will happily deal with Clint in the future."
