"I've just deleted my 5 star rating and review for this company and am replacing it with the following. I've been buying BDPS bulk dog treats for a little over a year. I'm a professional animal handler and always looking for good quality, single ingredient treats. My first few orders were fantastic, good quality treats, happy, I recommended the company to several other professional animal handlers and clients. The last 2 orders were poor standard goods, dried whole sardines; about a quarter were crumbs. That, I can take as I can use them in meals. However; the pork snouts came not properly dried and I had to dry them in the oven. I've written 2 emails and messaged the company with my concerns but they do not see fit to contact me at all. I will never use this company again and definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND"
"Some of the treats I received were old and mouldy. Reached out to the business and after a long wait they said they have sent a replacement. This was a long time ago and still have not received anything. I have asked for proof that the replacement was sent or a refund however my numerous messages have gone unanswered. Do yourself a favour and spend a bit extra to get decent quality treats elsewhere, your pets health isn’t worth the poor quality from this business and the customer service is non-existent."
