"A Wellington highlight for me was Miss Fox Hair Hair Salon. Wellington, the capital of New Zealand, is situated on the water, boats bobbing in the distance, a cable car taking you to a topmost hill, lending it a San Francisco vibe. Beautiful, picturesque and sidewalks, dotted with hip, unique shops; of which Miss Fox hair is one. Walking into this eclectically, electrically decorated salon, you are immediately transported to a World far beyond the outside one. Leopard print and purple fronds decorate the walls, checkerboard tiles bathed in chic light, sinks emblazoned with cool graphics; one immediately knows they are in for a grand experience. For someone like me, who gets their haircut once a year, this is the sort of place to have such an experience. The stylists were amazing, friendly, helpful, professional, and my under shave—-let’s just say, I love it. The prices were more than fair and the quality beyond compare. It might seem odd that highlights from my first visit to New Zealand would include a hair salon. But it did and it does. If ever you find yourself in Wellington, Miss Fox should be on your ‘To-Do’ list too… right up there with the cable car!"
