"Got recommended to go to Capital Dental by my boyfriend, who had a good experience with them. I had to cancel my hygienist appointment since I realized I’m having a cold, and I’d just got my Covid testing done. I spoke to the receptionist to cancel the appointment which is tomorrow(although it is within 24hrs). The receptionist informed me that this will incur a charge of $50 dollars, and she did not change her mind even after I told her my situation. Not happy, don’t think the outcome is fair and won’t come again."
