"Received a delivery today for my address outside my front gate - not even front door which is approximately 1 kilometre from my front door. So could've been stolen by anybody driving past. Not to mention 1 of parcels wasn't even for us was for 1 of my neighbours - which I duly went n delivered to them. Not to mention that our parcels arrived at depot over a week n a half ago. Not happy Toll."
"From the tracking knew the consignment was at Bendigo depot. As it was only 2 small items and knowing large volume of parcels in system I called at depot on my way to work place. Kylie was super helpful and found the items in quick time. Was easy. Thanks for the smiles."
"I have been waiting for a delivery for over 4 weeks. Tracking says in transit but hasn't left the Bendigo depot for over 2 weeks. Phone is constantly engaged so can't talk to anyone . Contacted Toll call centre. They are "looking into it". 10 days later and no answes Terrible company"
"No "sorry we missed you card", when I rang up for the 3rd time to ask where the parcel was I was told I couldn't call the depot directly and to just pick up the parcel from the depot the next day.... Then I was asked what was in my package? What's that got to do with the delivery? Then just to add to the impeccable service they didn't give me the address or depot phone number because they can't give that information out"
