"I’ve been drinking Panhead Sandman and Rat Rod Hazy IPAs all over NZ for the past 3 weeks, so it was fun to go to the Wellington brewery. It was pretty quiet about 2:00 pm when we got there, but it was getting busier by the time we left. In addition to our beers, we got some of the best nachos I’ve ever had — Smoked Bean Nachos with guacamole and sour cream plus pulled pork smothered in smoked stout cheese. Wow! So good! Our server was great, too — I didn’t catch his name but he was friendly and helpful. It was about a 5-minute walk from Te Papa Museum and other waterfront attractions. Highly recommended!"
"There's a good selection of beers; obviously there's the Panhead stuff you'd expect, but also some small batch stuff that's pretty good. I highly recommend the Nayslayer. The food isn't too bad. I had the vegan burger, which was interesting. The chicken wings and fried chicken were also very good. The only downside is the place gets pretty dead after 9 (it seemed like they were closing up)."
