"I needed to get my biometrics appointment done for my UK visa and there were never any appointments available. There is no contact number or email available to organise anything. I contacted VFS Global on Facebook who said they have no control over these appointments. If this is the case, direct us to someone who does have control over these. I’ve had to book an appointment all the way in Wellington due to lack of availability. This needs to be made way less difficult than what it is."
