"I have had bad experiences with other ProfessioNail branches before and heard horror stories from friends about other branches as well. ProfessioNail in Takapuna is a completely different experience. The staff are lovely and really take care of you and your nails. If there is a smudge or mistake they take time to redo it. They also offer great advice on maintaining the health of your nails and on upkeep. I have been going there for over two years now and even now that I've moved further away, I still prefer to go there as I don't trust any other place to do such a good job. I recommend them to anyone who asks where I get my nails done."
