"I entrusted this company with relocating to storage my board room table, photo copier, computer screens and other electronic equipment when i was forced to vacate a property early even though agents knew that it wasn't possible. The photocopier was damaged, potentially beyond repair, the board room table has deep gashes in it, the lcd and tv's that where there have been scratched and will need to be replaced Agents where more concerned about getting new tenants in, including providing anew lease and keys to tenants whilst i still had property in the premises rather then remedying issues and showing duty of care to their clients. Further to this i have sent legal letters of demand to the director, sales manager and owner of the company, all go un-answered along with phone calls and hundreds of emails. The matter is now about to be lodged with VCAT. Do not trust this agent with your property to manage or with them being your agent if your renting / leasing. It will just end in heartache and undue stress. Their practices are dodgy disguised as trying to help. This company has been given more chances then i would give anyone to resolve issues and have shown zero interest or care to resolve issues which they have caused whether that be by malpractice, negligence or just plain breach of the privacy act and or estate agents code of conduct Maybe posting the truth in the public domain might trigger them to chance their ways and pay me for the damage and losses they have caused my company, however i wont hold my breath as this agency is completely inept."
