"It can be awkward as a woman who loves suits, shopping at a men's shop but I had the BEST service from Mia yesterday. She helped me every step of the way, checking in that I had the right sizes, even ordering in the suit jacket I wanted as they didn't have the colour in store. It was so wonderful to have such great customer service while clothes shopping. It made things so easy. Definitely not the kind of experience I've ever had shopping at women's stores. "Customer service I give a zero!!. I was walking around for a good 10 - 15 minutes. No one came and asked if I needed assistance. I even had to move things so I can find the size I need. When I was served at the counter all they would do was gossip. I overheard one customer complain about getting no service. Do better Hallenstein Queensgate."
