"Everything about this place was perfect. Huge spacious clean rooms with nice decor. My apartment had two bedrooms two bathrooms (one with a bath) and a huge kitchen and breakfast area. A nice welcoming complementary gift from a local Ballarat brewery in the fridge upon arrival. Close to all the main historic buildings, fine dinning and public transport. I could keep going on but all I can say is this is very nice place to stay in Ballarat when travelling."

"I have been staying here for a few weeks for work and it makes staying away from home so much more bearable when you have such great accommodation. The rooms are very clean and well appointed. Comfortable, warm and having a balcony to enjoy. Reception team are friendly, accomadating and professional. Rooms are serviced daily. Access to a gym and secure parking top it off."

"Had a quick lunch for six adults and four children. Service was friendly and fast. Reasonable menu selection for a regional pub. Food was well prepared. Breakfast served to 2pm. Prices average."

"4.8/5 Staff/Service is excellent/superb. The front desk called us prior to arriving asking if we'd like to have the room pre-heated. Very much appreciated during winter time. Good location, very close to city centre and anywhere you need to get to (attractions, dining, etc). Room/Property is fairly new, rooms are clean and well equipped with modern fittings. Spacious room with place to put your luggage, work desk, and tea/coffee making facilities. Nice and roomy bathroom and good water pressure and temperature. A couple of drawbacks are: some rooms probably the one facing railway can be a bit noisy as trains still running overnight (maybe freight trains). So if you're a light sleeper perhaps ask for room facing away from the railway. A/C in the room is difficult to operate as the control panel is not very intuitive to use. There is a secure parking underneath that can be booked for $15/night, but there is a free car park at next door venue, which is adjacent to the hotel. Just make sure you remove any valuables, and understand that the hotel is not responsible for anything that happened (nothing happened during our stay, all good)."

"A great place to stay. The rooms are comfortable and amenities are very good. A small functional kitchen with dishwasher and oven and a table that would comfortably seat 6 people. The huge windows and sliding doors are fitted with blackout curtains and the balcony ran the length of the room. As per our request we stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with a disability friendly bathroom off one of the bedrooms. There is secure under ground parking accessible by room key and if that’s full there’s more parking outside. As the name suggests it is very close to Ballarat railway station. Walking distance to hotels, bars, restaurants and shopping."
