"Which there was 10 stars to give Kathmandu. Went in today to see if my jacket could be repaired as it had 4 tears in it. The staff said it was unrepairable and as it was under warranty swapped it out for a new one. I was totally stunned and impressed with that kind of warranty and customer service."

"One of my fave outdoor stores! I got so many items my family and I love here, starting from jackets, wind breakers, fleece, warm layers, flannels, sleeping bags, to tents and all the gears. We got our winter and summer gears & necesitties as well as tent and folded chairs here. I love the designs, colors and materials they use. This store in Petone has a big collection of clearance sale and usually it has 20 % extra discounts. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they also answer all of my questions regarding the products I need. The store is big and spacious, with many spots for parking. The clearance items are on the second floor and I only see the stairs."
