"Unfortunately the personalised service has disappeared. Staff are more interested in unpacking boxes, fulfilling online orders and selecting their own purchases. My last visit I was in store for 20 mins, tried on a range of outfits, and left while the two assistants didn't say a word to me. Such a shame, this store used to have the best service."
"More than once have I visited this store and have been totally ignored. Today I took some garments into the changing room. No one checked on me. I came out of the changing room wearing a top, I was trying on. No recognition, no comment. This is not good customer service. Only when I left did the sales assistant speak to me ... Good bye.
