"A always busy cafe in the middle of the mall. We have time for a cup of coffee, and then we have it and love it. The reason for only 4 stars is because the shortage of staff and the lady placed an order after us got her coffee before us!!!"
"they gave us the wrong muffin. 4 times. i literally had to go up and show her which muffin it was, and she still pointed to the blue berry muffin. i told her “i want the apple and cinnamon muffin” and pointed to it, and she gave me the blueberry one.. 4 times. 4.. food is good but service? very poor."

"Not bad food, I go here regularly and enjoy it. Only issue is the staff often don’t understand my requests and I literally order the simplest of things! Rather awkward. I would say the customer service isn’t the best for this reason, although they do try and are friendly."
