Our stunning venue, designed by the award-winning studio Izzard Design, boasts extensive gardens, all-weather outdoor spaces, and an abundance of afternoon sun.

Our menu is designed to be shared with friends, featuring dishes that arrive as they're ready, perfect for all-day grazing. We take pride in operating a waste-free kitchen, utilizing all ingredients that don't make it to the plate in stocks or sauces. Our proteins are sourced from free-range farms, and our whole fish are sustainably line-caught and dry-cured on-site. We also forage herbs and greens from our gardens, compost food scraps on-site, and proudly support local producers.

As a fiercely independent establishment, we stock only what we're proud to serve. Our hand-selected collection includes craft beer, real ale, and cider flowing from 15 taps, an on-site microbrewery, and a wine list that showcases both local and international regions known for their varietal excellence. Our extensive gin list is enhanced with botanicals fresh from our gardens, and our bespoke modern cocktails are perfect for sipping late into the evening. Executive Chef James Wheeler creates modern sharing dishes that highlight sustainable and locally sourced seasonal produce.

For brewing enthusiasts, our 50L microbrewery, designed by SS Brewtech, is available for brewing masterclasses, corporate brewing experiences, and local home brewing clubs.
