"This WAS my favourite local pharmacy - "Quick and friendly service" was my review 5 years ago. Oh how times have changed. I had already taken some of my business 'around the corner' but after today I won't be using this business for my scripts or general pharmacy needs It was bad enough that I had called 9 or 10 times, got through twice only to be cut off and the rest of the time the phone just rang out but being called rude for daining to mention the poor service when I finally got through after nearly an hour trying was the icing on the cake The service at this place has been going down hill for a couple of years but this was a new low point. So you've got staffing problems? We all do but that's no excuse for not being prepared to listen to customer's legitimate complaints. Anyway, you'll have one less customer to worry about having to serve now!"
"Really bad service... Everytime I go here I see something new... I've seen a man and his kid getting a talking to because they tried to collect a script but didn't follow the stores processes (something about a line, despite no one lining up), a pharmacist shaming a breast feeding mother for being on medication despite her doctors orders and so many stressed people just waiting around because the only way to know if your script is ready is to line up again. Go to any other chemist. It'll be quicker and you'll be treated with dignity and you might get some customer service. All that being said, some of the younger staff members are genuinely nice and helpful."

"after 7 years with this pharmacy ,I missed a account and as asked publicly in front of a full shop if I could pay my bill because it as overdue . I dont believe that this is a very nice or appropriate way Mr Leon Thomas , you have my phone number and it could have been asked politely and privately with a call . All other pharmacist an staff are great at this store"
