"HORRIBLE when i was trying to look for the lipgloss i wanted in the silver-dale farmers this lady with black curly hair with the name rochelle, she was following me and my friends around, accusing me of stealing and loudly saying the jumper, the sleeve and we told her we weren’t stealing. then called my friend a sl*t when she dropped her receipt she also sent other staff to look around for us and it was the most uncomfortable and unprofessional store experience i have ever been through. i really hope to never experience this again cause it made me very anxious and scared i left the store straight after my purchase."
