"Honestly, Mana Hell Pizza is the best Hell Pizza in Wellington. Hands down, and I've tried a few! Staff are always polite, but their food is just better quality than other stores and I can't pinpoint one thing that makes them top tier but any time I have to go to a different store (e.g. eating at a friend's house instead of my own) I just feel disappointed. "Friends ordered cajun-flavoured wedges at the Northland shop in Wellington, which were delicious: golden and crispy outside and soft inside, nicely flavoured with the expected 'zing'. Enjoying these so much I bought the same at Mana. What a disappointment: undercooked, barely any flavour (could see they were barely cooked with cajun seasoning), and lacked the chip crispness. How can two franchises produce such polar opposites?"
"Ordered a ham and cheese create your own snack size pizza and when it came out didn't have base sauce on and they didn't ask if we wanted base sauce we just expected it cause all pizzas have sauce. The guy at the counter didn't really talk us through it and he was very vague and wasn't paying attention. Im not being a karen but very disappointed"
