"A great example of a clever regionally based business and one well worth supporting! Our local sports club in Melbourne's inner south east recently installed an accessible toilet and being on an extremely tight budget, decided to source most of the fittings and sanitary ware ourselves. We shopped around extensively and became more and more confused by conflicting information regarding what sanitary ware would be ‘accessibility compliant’ for people with a disability and what wouldn’t. We discovered Great Grab online and after pestering them with numerous phone calls and queries, eventually placed an order for an extremely well priced, package deal, including sanitary ware, tapware, rails, door handles, soap dispensers, etc that Great Grab advertised as complying with all the various accessibility regulations. Then we held our breath and hoped we’d made the right decision. The result? Everything arrived exactly on the day and time that GG had nominated, securely packaged and labelled, with installation instructions. This was at a substantial saving to prices we’d almost paid elsewhere and solved our problem with one order. Great Grab even made the trip to Melbourne to change over one item that we had ordered right handed instead of left handed! The kicker was that our architect, our builder and even the building surveyor (when he signed off on the compliance of our project) all complimented us on the efficiency of our product sourcing and the quality of the finished product. As anyone reading this will note from my other google reviews, I generally only write a review when I’m extremely happy or, occasionally, to warn others. Great Grab definitely earned a great review."
