When booking an appointment with us, please keep in mind that we reserve your appointment time exclusively for you. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for 24 hours notice. Failure to provide notice may result in future appointments being declined unless payment is made in advance.

We welcome children into our salon, but for their safety, we kindly request that they be supervised at all times. Our salon contains various chemicals, sharp tools, hot water, and hot irons, making it important for children to be closely monitored. Any breakages caused by unsupervised children will be the responsibility of the parent.

To ensure a smooth and relaxing experience, we recommend arriving 5 minutes prior to your appointment time. This allows you to check in with our friendly receptionist and settle in. Please note that late arrivals may result in a reduction of your treatment time. If you have booked a Body treatment, Facial, or Eyelash extensions, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time.
