"Very unprofessional/ poor communication and unskilled team ,,,, incident 1 : I asked them to get me QOUTE for termite treatment , then I was surprised with TERMITE ISNPECTION REPORT that I DIDNT ASK FOR ! when I told the agent (louisa) that it was not what i wanted she went and then came back (as clearly she was not sure what she did! )saying that is the standards of the company they deal with ,,, I told her that this need to be clarified to the client if it is the case ,I told her that I'm not paying for that service and they can pay it off from the management fee Im paying them on monthly bases as it was THEIR mistake , she didn't come back to me and I assumed that they solved the payment problem ,,, then again another surprise that the service provider company is saying if I didn't pay the fee they will transfer me to the debt collecting team?! I discussed the matter with the service provider which she said that she was told by the agent to get inspection report THEN the agent went back and told her to give her a quote ?!!!! Also the agent told her that I refused to pay ?????The service provider was nice enough to offer me refund after I paid which I declined as they were the victims of this agent (Louisa ) as well ! incident 2 I was offered package for 6 services including gas AND electrical check on annual bases with (certain) company through this agency again that cost me 379 $ which i accepted then to be surprised (again) that this company do the electrical and the gas checks on alternating years (while the package that I approved was on annual bases for 379)?!!! I asked to talk to the office manager (Annie ) she never came back to me which she never did ?! Those people instead of simple apoligy to solve the problem they insist on their mistakes they only way to describe this agency that they DONT care NOR clarify things for the client otherwise there will be something els? they are untrusted people , not recommended at all Deeply disappointing"

"I was very disappointed with Priority 1 and it angers me that I need to pay a marketing fee for our property when I constantly pushed the agent from day 1. We never received a proper marketing plan. When i asked for a breakdown of costs after I pulled the pin after the exclusive period I essentially received a set of made up figures. I was never asked about what photography we wanted. We waited until half way into our exclusive period before and open for inspection was offered. I was contacted late one Saturday night and asked if I could do a video walk through of the property for a potential buyer. Seriously what's the commission for. The agent was not across the property and when a potential buyer came through they had to check to see if the house was on stumps or a slab. Every time I tried telling the agent details about the property to use they never cared or forgot. Towards the end I was pushing the property through fb and so were my friends i would message the agent and ask what else. They never had anything. It took me to suggest altering the price. In fact id get stupid emails blaming firstly the Ukraine war and the fuel prices for the lack of anything. This is what tipped me over the edge and in fact Id happily take this to the ACC and VCAT as I don't want this to happen to anyone else. I know know what a good agent should and shouldn't be doing and feel I was treated like a complete sucker."

"Unfortunately I have found this company to be unprofessional, unethical and totally inappropriate in various personal forms. They are not update with current laws, policies and procedures. They will fight you on everything and state as such! Would never recommend the stress involved with dealing with this company. A very disappointing experience"
