"Staff at reception were friendly enough. However, was not advised that bulk billing was no longer available until my appointment. I understand many doctor's offices are no longer offering bulk billing, but notify patients when they book the appointment. Don't wait until 2 minutes before the appointment to tell them. It leaves them with no choice but to either see the doctor and be billed, or cancel and be billed. This is not acceptable. Doctor's bedside manner could use some work. Felt ignored about my concerns and now need to go elsewhere."
