"This store is dirty! Floor covered in crumbs and hair, cutlery wasn’t washed properly, windows were even covered in smudges. Chai latte was not drinkable. Staff took personal calls on loudspeaker. And although we chose to sit in, we were served drinks in takeaway cups. OHS case waiting to happen in my opinion."
