Our lunch service runs from 12pm to 3pm on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays. For dinner, we are open 7 nights a week, with service starting at 5:30pm and ending at 10pm. On Sundays to Thursdays, dinner service extends from 5pm to 9pm, while on Fridays and Saturdays, we serve until 10pm. Additionally, from Wednesday to Saturday, we offer extended hours from 11:30am to 9pm.
Parking is made convenient for our customers, as Care Park Docklands at 55 Merchant Street Docklands provides discounted evening parking for Squires Loft Docklands patrons.
Please note that our steakhouse can accommodate up to 35 people at a time. We have two sittings for dinner, with the first sitting available from 5:30pm to 7:45pm and the second sitting starting from 8:00pm.
For lunch, we operate from Tuesday to Friday, serving from 12pm to 3pm. Dinner service is available from Tuesday to Saturday, starting at 5:30pm and continuing late into the evening. We are also open on public holidays by appointment.
If you're looking for the perfect gift, we offer vouchers that can be redeemed at Squires Torquay. Please note that they are not valid at our Ballarat location.

Food comes now after hour and 40 mins.even not full meal.missing sauce as per order. Disappointed with meal and not worth what I am going to pay for it. Food is over cooked and burnt lamb and porterhouse. Grill plate is stone cold so meat is getting cold faster than you can eat. Sauces mushrooms and garlic taste same."
