Even with a mental health care plan the appointments cost $140 and when payment was a little late the last time, Nathan never returned calls and I can only assume no longer wanted to see him. I think duty of care and compassion could go a long way"

"Pathetic excuse for a professional health care service. Took son to an appointment . Ended up with him in a room on his own complaining he was hungry and wanting to leave and me being threatened that police will be called on me if I didn't leave . This all because of miss information . Half hour later call to say its all good hes waiting in the carpark . Hes 10yo.Totally pathetic and unacceptable."
