"I didn't even know this place was here. Instantly in love. I purchased nothing primarily because I was overwhelmed by the abundance of things I could have taken home. Had fun with a lovely chatty, stiffer who made my visit enjoyable and ensured I'll go back with my long list if things I don't need but just want. Interestingly, I burn a lot of leg miles a few weeks ago chasing down some kitchen tweezers without luck. It was the first question I asked and was shown the 3 pack I wanted with change out or a minute. Absolutely a recommendation for fellow kitchen fiends."
"Following how the Manager spoke to me, I only went ahead with the purchase because I needed one of the items today. When I requested that the staff member assisting me check my loyalty points, I was a given a figure far below my actual purchases. When I politely questioned this, the Manager stated that the points cannot be credited without a printed receipt. I accepted this and asked that if an item is faulty does this mean I cannot return it without a printed receipt? Would the store honor a credit card purchase statement? Given that the store actively promoted the benefits of a membership, the Manager refused to even acknowledge their error in not honoring points for purchases. When I requested that the store terminate my membership, she stated: You don't have to be so rude, followed by her storming off. She could have accepted that this was the store's error, or said nothing, instead of her petulant display. I am walking distance from other like stores, and in future I will spend my money elsewhere."
