"Sharon" the so called Duty Manager is appalling!!! I found her extremely rude to my family members, whilst waiting for me in the changeroom! I then tried on shoes while sitting on the chair outside the changeroom and needed to move a coffee table slightly in order to do so, as it was pressed up against the extremely worn out armchair. Meanwhile my son and husband were sitting on the other worn out chair ( not fit for sale)!! When she RUDELY told my son off to not sit on the armchair lean!!! Then proceeded to move the rubbishy small coffee table back while l was still not finished!! Also took my basket off the table and put it on the floor away from me!!!! Word of advice Sharon" treat your REPEAT customers with respect that spent $$$$$ at your store today even though they shouldn't have but thought of the CHARITY instead of the treatment they recieved!!!!! Then only to proceed to pay for said items to hear her backstabbing us to the lady who we had to be served by!!!! So rude, so unprofessional as a MANAGER!! Just remember there were children running amok at the same time with parents not being SINGLED out for all to hear and ruining others shopping!!! If you do not want anyone sitting on chairs near fitting rooms or to try shoes on then put a sign there!! And as a side note your staff (volunteers) need to not come to work if incessantly coughing and potentially spreading disease!!! (Even after months since this was written! WEAR A MASK!! You are mass spreaders and keeping the compromised in masks!! We now have flurona and multiple variants!! It is a Covid pandemic we are in afterall!!! People are still dying! Be considerate and kind it is what the Charity advocates, and you are in the business to encourage NOT discourage!!!!"

"Store is smaller than Wendouree one, book area is small and hardly can find furnitures, but have a lot of clothes and homewares."

"Really frustrated after sorting, washing and bundling 5 large bags of bedding to donate. ...to learn on arrival at 4pm that they only accept donations between 10am -12 noon. Please list these times on your website!!! Otherwise lovely shop and volunteers."
