"NQR always has something different to the mainstream Supermarkets at a fraction of the cost. Not your normal type of shopping where you write out a grocery list. This week they may have eggs and toilet paper, next week they won't. Always plenty of variety."
"Whenever visiting family in Ballarat I love to go here before coming home. Plenty of bargains if you know your prices. Plenty of variety, products are either discontinued items or had a change in packaging. Plenty of time left for products to be used, not out of date items as some think."
"It's not a bad store, but it's shifting focus from the random food and drinks to more craft stuff. I first went there and there were tons of shelves with random foods, now there's several isles of crafting stuff. It's slightly disorganised as well, which I hope is sorted at some point (the cold sections are everywhere instead of one side of the store) etc. If you're looking for some cheap snack foods, nice drinks, and stuff that's too expensive at regular stores this is the store for you. The alcohol section is also pretty good too. Definitely check that out if you like wines."
