"This place is not too bad. I went there multiple times because the best thing l like from is crispy pita warp with hot habanero sauce. the nacho were so dried and tasteless. The staff were ok not very helpful but ok. The price is quite dear compared to the portion you get. Overall is ok I only like the crispy pita wrap thats all"

"The food we received wasn't terrible, it was alright, but the service was absolutely horrible. I ordered the burrito and it took 45 minutes to come, but they just served me a cold burrito. On top of that, on multiple occasions they gave other orders to us - representing lack of professionalism and organisation. Additionally, they did not even start preparing some other of my friends' orders. We wanted a refund for the order but again they proved to be unprofessional and said they do not have a manager working and do not know how to refund the orders. We had to wait for the manager to arrive, and then a further 25 minutes to refund the food. Overall, I would never recommend or come back to this chain again."

"Never coming back. Was pretty disappointed when this place changed from Nandos which was better in my opinion. However we've still grabbed chips and chicken from here time to time. Chips have always been great, did get a cold burger a while ago but today really ticked me off. I ordered a meal and an additional XL chips. We had just gotten an XL chips from this store within the last 2 weeks only to get home today with what we thought must be an error. After speaking to the staff on the phone, they advised they've changed the portion size due to increased cost. I'd always suggest to increase price as opposed to reducing size but this is insane. The serving is now less than half of the prior size and is barely larger than the regular. The prior size was enough for 3-4 people and this is like, ok for one. And considering the cost hasn't changed I can't comprehend/justify how they can consider this a reasonable price/serving ratio. Given the fact it's always dead now when I've come in to pick up our orders I think their days are numbered and when they go out of business it will be totally justified."
