"WOW. Fresh flavours, variety of options, filling af “tengo hambre”, considerate service, cute decor… this place is one of my favourites of all time now! Just stopped by for a late dinner on the way to Melb and I’ll now be returning to Ballarat! We were too full after the stunning oysters, creative ceviche, to-die-for ox tongue empanada…maybe there was more, but we had to get the desserts takeaway. Props to the chef, the blonde bartender/waitress and whoever came up with this idea!"

"We popped into Pancho on our first night in Ballarat, from the moment we stepped foot inside the staff were so lovely, super friendly and attentive. They were also able to recommend products based on our taste buds and preferences and what we ended up choosing was fantastic, the food was super fresh and very tasty. If we were to come back to Ballarat, Pancho would definitely be on our list to come back to."

Be sure to bring a friend or a date! As an American expat this place serves the best Latin food I've found and I love when we have an excuse to get out of Melbourne and come down here. Be sure to book ahead; I've never seen the restaurant fail to be full, especially on weekends."

The prices were very reasonable, bordering on cheap given how generous the servings are and how delicious everything was."
