"Bad experience... I was quoted for Tyres and wheel alignment, when the work was done was charged more that quoted, Manager didn't seem to care when asked about it. Drove away and the wheel alignment was wrong and the steering wheel was not straight. Really not happy and not bringing vehicle back. Have had wheel aligned else where by someone I trust as I dont want them touching my car again. I haven't had problems at other Tyre places before and wont return. Cant recommend to anyone"
"I was recommended to JAX by a friend who recently had her vehicle serviced there as well. Decided to give it a try. Had a waiting time of just a couple of days, which was no issues for me. They were flexible with allowing me to decide when I could pick up my vehicle. Service was smooth, no hassle no dramas. They had suggested for my shockers to be replaced but not pushy about it at all. In fact, just told me to make an appointment when I was ready to get it done. Which I find very pleasant and no pressures at all. Will definitely go back to JAX for my next servicing."
