"I love Red Rooster and have been a Red Royalty member for many years. I used to be a platinum member but now I'm slowly losing my membership tiers. Since moving from Sebastopol to Alfredton, I can't order delivery from the Red Rooster website anymore because it says they don't deliver to my area. I don't understand why as Menulog, UberEats and Door Dash all deliver to my area with no issues. I'd much rather order directly from the company website so I can earn and use my loyalty dollars and more directly support the local store, rather than the gig economy. Hopefully something can be done about this soon."
"Ordered via menu log unfortunately food was stone cold chips half cooked and no salt. Drinks missing contacted them about the missing items and only offered a in store voucher instead of trying to help correct my order. Delivery driver and red rooster are playing the blame game."
"To be honest, I think the roast chicken is better than the fried one. The fried one is dry, altough it is crispy (unlike KFC). Cleanliness can be improved, especially for the restroom."
"Surprisingly good food most of the time. The recent BBQ flavouring isn't great, but the honey glazing is very nice, and cheap to add to an order. I like the chips, consistently good, wraps are nice too. They can get a bit flustered at peak times."
