Any other customer comes over here While they making deliveries , they will stop to making the deliveries and preferring the dining. Delivery food got cooled . Then, delivery people get fired from customers."

"I went to Subway Ballarat tonight and bought a footling on Multigrain and a six inch on wheat, nothing else. I got a few extras like egg and beetroot on the six inch. I got charged $35.81! I went to Maccas a few doors up to grab a coffee and checked my bank, $35.81 for two glorified salad rolls! I went back and was met by another girl who bought up the receipt that was mangled inside the registered and hardly printed properly, she said, “that’s the right price, all our prices have just gone up.” Maybe a reason why I was the only one there both visits. $36 for two subs is a scam. I rather pay that amount to someone who actually has to cook my meal. Disappointed."

"Ordered salad bowls which we nice but the toilets are absolutely disgusting. If you are going to supply public toilets please ensure they're cleaned. Black, yellow mold is unsanitary...poor employees."

"I hate to be this person because I have had good experiences here before. That being said. I ordered a sub today and despite not ordering any it came with quite a bit of avocado on it. I'm allergic to avocado and unfortunately only noticed it was there once I had already eaten some. I totally get accidents happen but I dread to think of what could happen to someone with a more severe allergy. The rest of the order was fine, the cookies never disappoint. But I feel pretty sick now thanks to the avo."

"First time ordering from this store. I ordered a simple footlong seafood sensation with lettuce and thousand island dressing and 2 cookies. Simple order, right? I ordered it via Doordash and although the delivery went well, when I got my order, I discovered they'd given me a 6 inch instead of a footlong. I rang the store in the hopes that they'd somehow help me out or at least explain why the mistake was made. Instead, the lady I spoke to was unfriendly, unhelpful and suggested either getting a refund from Doordash or they could remake it and I could come pick it up. She was very unapologetic and although she said sorry, the tone of voice was with the attitude of 'I don't care'. How on earth someone can get such a simple order wrong and then be arrogant and careless about it, is beyond me. Needless to say, I won't be ordering from this store again."
