"I am beyond disgusted with the service and the staff. I asked the worker if the quiche had no meat in it, which she informed me it was vegetarian friendly. When I took the first bite I noticed it was filled with bacon. At the time I was appalled so I go up to the counter to speak to them about the issue and the young girl working did not even apologise for what just happened. I work in hospitality so I understand the importance of being sincere and how far an apology does go. I had to communicate to them I wanted a refund, they didn’t offer me it right away. I had to ask. I will not be supporting this uneducated cafe ever again, and reccomended you don’t either. If I can had an allergy and they pulled this kind of thing, the business would have major backlash no doubt. The apology I should have received should have been like I had an allergy. I hope they can take this as an opportunity to better themselves, before they do this to anyone else."
