Not only did they take my very old car without my being at home to collect payment, after I told them to check by phone call first that I would be home before they came out, but when I told them to return the car due to taking it without my approval, the company's driver made sure to drop it off right in my gate driveway so I couldn't drive my current vehicle out of the yard to get to work for the day. The old car pictured hadnt started in ages and had four completely flat tyres so I couldnt move it out of the way myself and had to get someone else out to tow it out from blocking the gate. Luckily for me and my family that day, there was no emergency where we needed to get to medical treatment. They are a real piece of work."
