"I missed an appointment , no questions ask why. Not even a phone call. Just a message left on my Facebook Messenger. stating I would have to pay for the missed appointment and when I rebook I will have to pay up front .. I'm new to town my family use the salon once it was good that's why I rebooked . I could understand if I had missed other appointments."
