"Wow! What a great butcher shop! They have cuts of high quality meat I have not seen in other butcher shops or supermarkets. Not only do they have high quality meat, but they also have small goods and cheeses. And while I was there they were stocking a new fridge with craft beer...how good is that!? Everything you need for a barbecue...meat and beer. They also sell various rubs and sauces to compliment your barbecued meat as well as other accessories. The member of staff pointed out different cuts and described the way he prepared them as a meal for his own family. If you are serious about the meat you eat the Paddock Butchery is definitely the place you need to visit. If you feel jaded by the quality of meat you have been buying from the supermarket then this is the place for you. So highly recommended."
