Welcome to Yoga with Sang, located at 19 Kent Street in Rockingham, Australia. Our institution is a unique establishment that combines the benefits of a gym, a health center, a point of interest, and a school.

At Yoga with Sang, our goal is to make the practice of yoga accessible, joyful, and an integral part of people's busy lives. As a knowledgeable Yoga Instructor, I am deeply connected to two Tantric Traditions, namely Traditional Tantra Hatha Yoga from the lineage of Srividya & Satya Loka Shivoham Tantra, Kashmir Shaivism & Buddhism.

I have had the privilege of being taught by renowned International Tantra Yoga Teachers such as Brad Hay, Radasi, and Yorgos. Our lineages trace back to the Traditional Tantras, which have been passed down by the Himalayan Traditions. It is my mission to share these ancient teachings with my students and embody them in my own practice.

Tantra not only encompasses the practice of yoga but also embodies the Ayurvedic lifestyle. At Yoga with Sang, we offer a complete holistic system where you can explore the profound connection between your mind, body, and spirit. I am not only a Yoga Instructor but also an Ayurvedic Yoga Practitioner, Ayurvedic Specialist, and Detoxification Therapist.
