"Technically incompetent! I made an appointment for Thursday to fix my stering pump because my car was making a very loud noise. I came an extra two days just to show that the noise was the problem and to make sure it was the sterling pump too. I was told they could do it. When I got my car there on the agreed Thursday, they didn't even call me when it was ready, even though I asked them to. I then went there to pick up my car (after calling myself and asking if the car was ready). When I got there I found that my car was just left unlocked on the street!!! Am a bag packer and live in the car which means all my valuables (drone, camera, jewellery, passport etc.) are in the car! when I asked them about it, they said it's only been there for a few minutes. And how long does a theft last? 5 hours?!?! When I turned on the engine, the loud noise was still there! when we opened the hood half the engine bay was full of oil which they blamed me for saying it already was, which it definitely wasn't!! After I said that the problem is still there and they didn't help me at all, even though I had shown them the noise 2 days beforehand, the senior came to continue the conversation. He said it was 99.9% the hoses from the stering pump and promised to fix it for another $350 and if the noise is still there after replacing the hoses I won't have to pay anything. I agreed and asked for a written agreement and got it. The next day I took my car there again and got a call 3 hours later where they told me it wasn't the hoses and that they hadn't changed the hoses either, although I was 99.9% assured that it was that's because and i have a written agreement that they will change them and if the noise is still there i don't have to pay for the hoses! Now I have to pay $826 to repair the stering pump which wasn't the problem at all. I have never been advised/treated so badly at a workshop! preferably 0 ⭐️!"
