"Our couches were in good clean condition, approx. 24mths old. We figured we'd get them professionally cleaned to keep them in nice condition. Unfortunately the 'clean' actually made them dirty. The guy was very friendly and came back to rectify the issue, however it was not successful. The couches now have since become dirtier because any bit of water creates an obvious water mark (must be displacing the dirt). We've got our fingers crossed that another professional clean will get the couches back to they state they were previously in. Apologies for the rough review"
